Bring fresh spring water to boil over stove. I use metal kettle for this job.
Mix the herbs in a finest mesh infuser. I take 1 tsp. of each herb per cup.
Pour hot water over the infuser in a cup.
Steep tea for 5-15 min. Sometimes I let the tea steep overnight in a thermos.
Remove the infuser. Add a slice of lemon or a spoon of honey for extra flavor. The stickiness and sweetness of honey will make your tea more powerful.
