Before session
- Find a quiet place in which you will not be disturbed
- Silence the ringer on your cellphone
- Tell others that you do not wish to be disturbed for a length of session
- Check your electronic device for internet connectivity
- Get a notebook and pen ready should you like to take notes
- Sit in a comfy chair and quiet your mind by closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths
- Bring your intention back by writing it on a piece of paper
- Open Zoom app and dial into your session (instructions are in the confirmation email)
